Our ice bath is a deliberately pared-down counterpart to the warmth of our saunas. With water temperatures of up to 4 °C, it delivers an intense cold stimulus — clear, direct, and without compromise. Just a short moment is enough to re-activate the body and focus the mind.

What a cold bath can do

A dip in the ice bath is not an end in itself. The cold delivers targeted stimuli that can positively influence both body and mind:
